Jim Grisdale, DDS

Jim Grisdale, DDS, is a board-certified specialist in periodontics and prosthodontics with a part-time private practice in Vancouver, British Columbia. Grisdale received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from McGill University, as well as a postgraduate degree in prosthodontics. He then went on to the University of British Columbia, where he received another postgraduate degree in periodontics. Grisdale was formerly full-time faculty in the graduate periodontal residency program at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California. Grisdale lectures extensively in the United States and Canada and has also lectured in Europe and South Asia. He has published in the areas of dentin sensitivity, bone regeneration, implants and dental adhesives and is a contributing author to the textbook, “Clinical Dentistry Daily Reference Guide.” Grisdale is an active participant in the study of contemporary periodontal products and is a member of several professional societies.
