Brenton Sayers is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and is StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1 certified.
With an impressive background encompassing six years of dedicated strength and conditioning experience, he was also a Division I competitive swimmer at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Sayers serves as an inspiration and mentor to those aspiring to get stronger. He understands the challenges that arise on the path to success and is committed to sharing his knowledge and experience to help others reach their full potential. For his clientele, he focuses on strength and conditioning programming with an emphasis on exercise technique.
