Divya Upadhyay, DMD

Divya S. Upadhyay, DMD, is a practicing dentist in the Greater Boston area. Upadhyay is a strong proponent of organized dentistry providing care in both private and public health settings. She is also actively involved in clinical research projects on oral disorders. Upadhyay believes that oral health is a reflection of overall health. She believes that socioeconomic boundaries should not be a limiting factor to access to oral care and actively works to secure dental care for those who are most vulnerable. Through her involvement in various organizations, she hopes to improve the landscape of oral health for the community at large. Upadhyay has held leadership positions at various levels. She is the secretary of the Massachusetts AGD and an executive member of AGD Region 1. She currently serves as the president of the Women’s Dental Society of Massachusetts and is the chair of the local district of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
