Ronald R. Zentz, DDS, FAGD, dental risk control director at CNA, practiced pharmacy and general dentistry followed by research and professional affairs positions with a major dental manufacturer. Before joining CNA, Zentz served on the American Dental Association (ADA) staff as senior director, ADA Council on Scientific Affairs. He attended the Butler College of Pharmacy and the Indiana University School of Dentistry and received his general practice residency certificate from the Veterans Administration. Zentz is a Fellow of AGD and the American College of Dentists as well as a certified professional in healthcare risk management (CPHRM).
