Victoria Sullivan, DDS, MEd, is a board certified pediatric dentist with 27 years of clinical experience. Sullivan graduated from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry in 1995 with honors and received pediatric dental training from the University of Southern California Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 1997. She received her MEd from Rutger's University. Sullivan owned a private pediatric practice in California as well as associating in California, Texas and Nevada. Sullivan is currently the program director for the pediatric dentistry program at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. Additionally, she moonlights in Elko, Nevada, working with special needs and disadvantaged children. Sullivan has worked with cleft palate teams and hematology/oncology teams in California since the early 1990s. Sullivan is active in organized dentistry and serves on the American Dental Association committee for the development of the Dental Licensure Objective Structured Clinical Examination and Clinical Evaluators Panel. Additionally, Sullivan is a private resident instructor for Sprig USA. She actively pursues research, specifically in areas of prefabricated zirconia crowns for pediatric dentistry, management of special needs patients in dentistry, dental materials and lasers in pediatric dentistry. Sullivan focuses on complex medical and syndromic cases as well as patients with special medical conditions or needs. Sullivan is a speaker at the local, state and national levels. She holds several consultantships and is a published author. Her mission statement is to provide excellent individualized patient care and education with the intent of developing and honing superior critical thinking and diagnostic skills. She currently teaches special patient care, pediatric dentistry and general dentistry techniques as well as patient management and pediatric-endodontic interdisciplinary training and treatment techniques. She actively mentors students and young professionals as well as serves in a number of charitable programs. Sullivan is an award-winning pediatric dentist and a recognized professor.
