Whether you are knee-deep in fires, chaos or inefficient systems, or you just want to take your office to the next level of growth, creating a positive culture is the key! Studies show that developing this “soft skill” of a positive and trusting culture pays off in less drama, less micromanaging and much more productivity. However, it’s a skill that isn’t taught in school. It has to be learned often and constantly improved as the office grows. This presentation will teach any doctor, regardless of their years in dentistry, how to create and utilize “CEO time” to start creating a more systematized, accountable and culture-based office. It all starts with doctors being accountable first to themselves and for their teams, then uses a weekly/monthly checklist to remove the fires once and for all, all while improving culture and increasing productivity. We will move through how to create this valuable CEO time, what to do in that time to ensure you see a return on investment, and how to hold yourself and others accountable to create a high-energy, high-accountable culture that stops the drama and micromanaging for good!
